CUSTOMER CHARTER
We Will:
- Provide safe, regularly patrolled, secure parking with 24hr CCTV
- Provide reserved parking bays for disabled people
- Remove graffiti and instigate repairs to damage within 5 working days
- Provide a high frequency bus service to and from Edinburgh
- Provide and display up to date information on the bus services available
- Treat customers in a helpful and courteous manner at all times
You can help us by:
- Parking only within marked bays
- Reporting vandalism, theft or damage
- Disposing of litter in a responsible manner

If you are unhappy
